Turn on the lights

So here we are. In the mud. But you know that old saying right? "No mud. No lotus." I think that's about right. They need each other. One doesn't exist without the other.

I know none of this is easy. Especially with everything going on lately. And honestly I wish I could carry some of it for you. But I can't.

So while we are here, I hope you remember that something good can come from all of this. Even now. Even through it all.

That might be really hard to believe at the moment. But it's the truth. No matter how bad things get, there's always hope. Sometimes you have to look really hard for it. But it's still there.

Sometimes, all you have to do is hang on a little while longer.

You'll find your way through this. You can do hard things. Just remember you're not alone.

So get up.
